Our product works as a hopper to unload sugar and other similar materials and to deliver them by truck to the factory with out touching the ground Working Principle

Materials from ship are loaded to the hopper using the butterfly type closed grab crane -
2 M.T. capacity jumbo bags hooked to the bag holding system provided with the hopper moves upwards and downwards using pneumatically operated cylinders -
Once the bags (2 bags at a time) are positioned, the discharging valve gate opens using pneumatic cylinder -
Valves close after filling of bags -
Option also provided for timers to close the valves by setting the time required for filling 2 M.T. of sugar or any similar kind materials -
Once set of 2 bags are filled, the bag holders move downwards to the pre positioned trucks -
Similar process is repeated for further loading and unloading process |
