• Offers advantage of limiting air & water pollution while unloading sugar and allied products from ship to trucks

• Our product works as a hopper to unload sugar and other similar materials and to deliver them by truck to the factory with out touching the ground

Working Principle

• Materials from ship are loaded to the hopper using the butterfly type closed grab crane

• 2 M.T. capacity jumbo bags hooked to the bag holding system provided with the hopper moves upwards and downwards using pneumatically operated cylinders

• Once the bags (2 bags at a time) are positioned, the discharging valve gate opens using pneumatic cylinder

• Valves close after filling of bags

• Option also provided for timers to close the valves by setting the time required for filling 2 M.T. of sugar or any similar kind materials

• Once set of 2 bags are filled, the bag holders move downwards to the pre positioned trucks

• Similar process is repeated for further loading and unloading process
